Managing Corporate Wellness and Event Appointment Cancellations

Soothe asks that any cancellation from a Soothe Partner appointment be communicated at least 24 hours before the shift time.

For Spa shifts, cancellations can be managed via the Soothe Provider App if more than 24 hours before the appointment time by following the steps below:

  1. Select Appointments within the App
  2. Locate the Upcoming Appointment that you are requesting to cancel
  3. Under Manage Appointment select Cancel Appointment
  4. If you still have available In-App cancellations you will be asked to provide the reason for requesting to cancel and submit. If there are no additional In-App cancellations available, you will be required to contact Support for assistance.
