Cancellation of a Corporate Wellness/Event Appointment

Soothe asks that any cancellation from a Soothe Partner appointment be communicated at least 24 hours before the appointment start time.

Cancellation from an Employee Wellness appointment currently can be managed via the Soothe App if it is not utilizing our digital scheduling feature (virtual signup sheet). Proceed with the following steps to manage your appointment:

  1. Select Appointments within the App

  2. Locate the Upcoming Appointment that you are requesting to cancel from

  3. Under the Manage Appointment option select Cancel Appointment

  4. If you still have available In App cancellations you will be asked to provide the reason for requesting to cancel and Submit. If there are no additional In-App cancellations available, you will be required to contact Support for assistance.

If the appointment does have digital scheduling paired with the appointment and a cancellation is necessary please do not cancel via the Confirmation and/or Reminder email but reach out to the Staffing Support Team for further assistance on cancellations.
