Soothe Appointment offers are divided into three categories:

  • General Offers
  • Request Offers
  • Partner Offers

General Offers: Include all the offers related to your service zip code and General Location Bundle. However, you may receive offers from outside your preferred zip code occasionally.

Request Offers: Include Rebooked requests from clients you have treated in the past. These offers are only sent to you, and you can communicate with your clients using the Inbox feature if you need to reschedule.

Partner Offers: Are directly from our Corporate Wellness Team for our Hotel Partners and Spa Staffing requests. If you choose to receive these requests, you will be able to view them directly in your app.

  • For Spa staffing requests, you must be pre-approved prior to receiving these offers.

To View your appointment offers, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Menu tab located at the top left-hand corner of the app 📲
  2. Select the Offers tab
  3. If offers are available in your area, they will automatically appear under each tab.

If appointment offers are currently unavailable in your area, a message will appear that states No offers... yet.

To view your appointment details, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Menu tab located at the top left-hand corner of the app📱
  2. To view your appointment details, select the Appointments tab that is located underneath the menu screen.
  3. All upcoming and past appointment details, will be listed in this area.

To increase your potential offers, set up your General Availability and Instant Confirmation.
