Appointment Extensions

You may extend your massage request via our mobile app once your client has agreed to the extension time.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Confirm the extension with the client during your appointment
2. Open the Menu in the Provider mobile app
3. Select the Appointments tab
4. Tap the appropriate appointment
5. Under Manage appointments, select the Extend tab

The minimum length of an extension is 15 minutes. Please keep in mind that extending via our mobile app will charge the client's default credit card on file. Minutes or massage credits cannot be used towards the session extension.
