All reports are completely confidential and are sent directly to our dedicated Trust and Safety team for review.

To report any misconduct you experience, please contact our team by emailing safety@soothe.com.

We also encourage our community to contact 911 or their local emergency services if they are in immediate danger.

We are here to support you and cooperate with law enforcement at any stage.
