Extending my appointment

Article summary

If a provider is not not assigned to your shift extension request, please approach in the same manner as rescheduling an appointment.

Create a new shift start and end time, then resend out offers. Be sure to cancel previous shift to prevent duplicate shifts.

If a Soothe Provider is assigned to the shift requested to be extended, please contact to your Account Manager.
