Tipping providers

There are currently two approaches to tip management. Please choose the option that is best for you.

If your property collected tips via credit card or cash on behalf of the provider, you can include tips directly through the portal via the following steps:

1. After logging in, go to 'Appointments'
   1. You may have to use the filters to find the appointment you need to submit the tip for
2. Click the three dot menu for the shift on the right, and click 'View'
3. Find 'Add Tip'
4. You have the option to add it as a "$" or "%" amount.

Save Tip!

As a reminder:

• Tips must be entered in by the 15th AND the 30th of the month

• Providing tips to therapists in a timely manner not only shows appreciation for their hard work but also encourages them to prioritize working with you.

• Therapists who feel valued and appreciated are more likely to be motivated and continue picking up shifts at your property, ensuring a smooth process from scheduling to tips.
