Reporting a safety concern

At Soothe, your safety comes first.

All reports are completely confidential and are sent directly to our dedicated Trust and Safety team for review.

To report any misconduct you experience, please open the App and follow the steps below:

1. Go to the messages with the person you want to report.
2. Tap the three dots in the upper-right corner and select ‘Report’.
3. Let us know what’s happening by selecting the most relevant category for your concern.
4. Provide the details you feel comfortable sharing, tap ‘Report’ and we’ll take care of the rest.

We also encourage you to contact local emergency services if you are in immediate danger. We are here to support you and cooperate with law enforcement at any stage.
