Managing Your SoothePass® Subscription

You can easily manage your SoothePass® subscription directly through the Soothe mobile app. To view and manage your SoothePass® subscription, you must log in using the same email address you initially used to enroll in the membership. If you are not logged into the correct account, you will not have the option to access your subscription details.

How to Access Your SoothePass® Subscription:

1. Log into the Soothe Mobile App using the email address associated with your SoothePass® membership.

2. Select the Profile icon located at the top of the home page.

3. Under Account Settings, tap on SoothePass®.

4. From here, you can view and manage your subscription by selecting one of the following options:

   • Change Plan: Adjust your SoothePass® membership level to better suit your needs.
   • Pause Membership: Temporarily suspend your membership if you need a break but plan to return.
   • Cancel Membership: If you no longer wish to continue, you can cancel your subscription.
   • View FAQs: Access frequently asked questions to help clarify any concerns you might have about your SoothePass® membership.

Subscription Management Tips:

• Set a Reminder: If you plan to pause your membership, make a note of when you plan to resume, so you can continue enjoying your benefits without disruption.
• Explore Your Options: If you find you're not using all your benefits, consider changing your plan to one that better matches your current needs.
• Understand Cancellation Terms: Review the cancellation policy in the FAQs before finalizing to ensure you know when your current cycle ends and when benefits will expire.

Taking advantage of these features ensures that your SoothePass® subscription remains flexible and aligned with your needs.
