Where to Find the Inbox

  • In the Soothe mobile app, the Inbox icon is located at the bottom of the screen.
  • If you're using the web version of Soothe, you'll find the Inbox icon in the header at the top of the page.

How to Contact a Provider

To communicate directly with your provider before or after an appointment:

  1. Log into the Soothe mobile app.
  2. Select the Bookings tab to view your upcoming appointments.
  3. From the Appointment Details screen, select the appointment for the provider you wish to contact.
  4. Scroll down to the Provider section and select the Contact tab to initiate a new conversation.

Managing Couple's Appointments

For couple's appointments involving two providers:

  • You can choose to send a message to either provider individually.
  • Alternatively, you can start a group chat with both providers to ensure everyone is aligned on details, minimizing any potential confusion.

Notifications for New Messages

  • Once a provider has sent a message, a badge will appear on the Inbox tab indicating that you have an unread message. Be sure to check your inbox to stay updated on any important communication.

Tips for Better Communication:

  • Respond Promptly: Quick responses help providers coordinate your appointment more efficiently, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Use Group Chats for Clarity: For couple's or multi-provider appointments, group chats keep all parties in sync, reducing back-and-forth messaging.
  • Regularly Check the Inbox: Even if you don't receive a push notification, it's a good idea to check the Inbox periodically, especially before your appointment, to confirm any last-minute details.
