How to Cancel Your SoothePass® Membership

You can cancel your SoothePass® membership anytime, risk-free. Please note that cancellation is only available through the Soothe mobile app.

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Soothe Mobile App
  2. Tap the Profile icon at the top right corner of the home page.
  3. Under Account Settings, select the SoothePass® tab.
  4. Tap Cancel Membership.
Important
  • After canceling, you will lose access to any accrued membership points and discounts.
  • Exclusive membership pricing and features will no longer be available.
  • The SoothePass® option will not appear on the home screen of the app until you re-subscribe.
  • Subscription charges are final once processed. Customers are not entitled to refunds for past subscription charges, including charges incurred during billing periods prior to cancellation, pausing, or failed payment retries. Cancellation affects future billing only.
