All conversation history will now be visible under the Inbox tab.
The Inbox icon is located at the bottom of the screen.
*Please note that if you are using the web version of Soothe, you will see the inbox icon in the header at the top of the screen. *
- Log into the Soothe mobile app.
- Select the Bookings tab.
- From the appointment details screen, select the appointment that reflects the provider you would like to contact.
- Scroll down to the provider section and select the Contact tab to initiate a new conversation.
If you have a couple’s appointment with two providers, you can select to send your message to either provider or start a group chat with both providers.
Once a provider has sent a message, you will receive a push notification and email. A badge will appear on the inbox tab indicating that you have an unread message.
