You can cancel your SoothePass® membership anytime, risk-free. Please note that cancellation is only available through the Soothe mobile app.

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

Important

After canceling, you will lose access to any accrued membership points and discounts.

Exclusive membership pricing and features will no longer be available.
The SoothePass® option will not appear on the home screen of the app until you re-subscribe.
