Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your SoothePass® membership anytime risk-free. Please note that the option to cancel your membership is currently only available via the Soothe mobile app.

Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription:

1. Select the Profile icon located at the top right-hand corner of the home page
2. Under Account Settings select the SoothePass® tab
3. To cancel your membership select the Cancel Membership tab

Once your subscription is canceled you will no longer have access to any accrued membership points or discounts. You will also lose access to your membership features, and you will not see the SoothePass® option on the home screen of the app until you re-subscribe.
