Blocking a Provider

We understand if your provider wasn't quite the right fit.
You can easily and anonymously prevent a future booking by blocking the provider through the following three places in your app:
- Favorites
- Past appointments
- Past inbox messages
- Book again (on your home screen)
You'll notice a ⊘ icon in the top-right corner.
Just tap, select the most relevant reason for the block and add any details you feel comfortable sharing.
Once blocked, restricted providers cannot message you via inbox, will not be assigned to appointments with you, and any upcoming appointments with that provider will be canceled automatically.
If you would like to work with a provider you have blocked in the past, you can see your list of 'Restricted Providers' and unblock at any time.
Don't forget our safety team is available if you also would like to report the provider at any stage.
