How to Reschedule Your Appointment
You can reschedule your appointment directly through the Soothe mobile app or website by following these steps:
1. Log in to your Soothe account.
• In the app: Tap the Bookings tab at the bottom of the home screen.
• On the web: Click the Bookings tab in the top menu bar.
2. Under the Upcoming tab, locate the appointment you’d like to reschedule.
3. Select the appointment to view its details.
4. Choose from the available options to manage your booking:
Important
If you choose to reschedule your appointment:
- There is no fee if a Provider has not yet been confirmed for your session.
- If your appointment falls within the 4-hour reschedule window, you may be prompted with a rescheduling fee in accordance with our cancellation policy.
