Pausing your Subscription

Need to skip a month of your membership, no problem! You can request to pause your SoothePass® membership from the Soothe app.

Follow the steps below to pause your subscription:

  1. Log into your Soothe account via the** Soothe mobile app**
  2. Select the Profile icon located at the top right-hand corner of the home page
  3. Under Account Settings select the SoothePass® tab
  4. To pause your membership select the Pause Membership tab

While paused

  • We will skip your next billing cycle
  • Can resume membership at any time
  • You will not have access to exclusive membership pricing
  • Can still redeem any points you currently have

Please note that you will only have the ability to pause your membership via the Soothe mobile app. This option is not currently available via our website.

Once your membership is in a paused state, it will only pause your next billing cycle.
Your SoothePass® subscription will be reactivated automatically on the following billing cycle.
