Requesting a receipt

To request a receipt for a previous appointment, please download the Soothe app and follow the instructions below:

  1. Sign in to your Soothe account.
  2. Select the Bookings tab at the bottom of the home screen.
  3. Next, select the appropriate appointment.
  4. Located under the Payment Info section, select Get receipt.

Once this option is selected, an email receipt will be automatically sent to the email address associated with your Soothe account.

Additionally, you can log into your account via our website and follow the steps below to view the number of SoothePass points that were applied to each booking:

  1. Visit Soothe.com
  2. Select the profile icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Bookings.
  4. Under past appointments, select the Tip icon located in the top right corner for the appointment that you would like to view.
  5. Under Payment info, you can view the number of SoothePass points that were applied to your booking and any additional fees that were charged to your credit card.

Please note, the provider's first name is also available under each individual booking.
