Instant Book With A Provider

You can now easily book an appointment with a provider that matches your preferred schedule. Our updated booking process offers clients more choices when selecting a provider. This feature is presently available in certain markets only.

How does this feature work?

1. Select one Provider from the list of available providers. If they have an Instant Book label next to their name, you'll be instantly booked with that provider during an available time slot.

2. Select several providers to whom you'd like to send a general request. If you're not selecting a provider with Instant Book, we recommend selecting at least 5 providers to increase your chances of getting an appointment confirmed.

3. Select none of the providers and instead choose for Soothe to "Find a provider for me." Soothe will send a request to all available providers, and you'll be matched with the first provider that accepts.
