If you are unsatisfied with the provider assigned to your appointment session, please kindly provide a rating for your provider and a short description of your experience. All ratings between 1-3 stars are thoroughly reviewed and monitored by our team for quality and performance.

Please know you always have the option to anonymously prevent your provider from being able to to book with you again by using the 'Block' option in the app.
